SHIPPING TIME 

We offer complimentary express shipping worldwide via DHL carrier.
All delivery services are provided from Monday to Friday during business hours (9am-5pm MSK) excluding public holidays.

Shipping time by DHL Express:

Europe and UK	1-2 business days
US and Canada	2-3 business days
International	3-5 business days

 * Please note sale item(s) is parceled with local express delivery (EMS Russian Post).

- Shipping time by EMS estimated 7-14 business days.

 * Please note the shipping time is an estimate and may vary by location. Allow extra 1-2 days for unexpected delays.   

* Please note due to COVID-19 there might be slight delays 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been placed. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact IFIOVA team: support@ifiova.com

As soon as the parcel is dispatched another confirmation e-mail will be sent to your nominated email address, including the Tracking Number to track the delivery.       

You can track the status online through the carrier's website. If you are an account holder, you can easily monitor your orders with myDHL, get automatic status notifications via email or text message. 

Signature is required at delivery of all orders for security purposes. In case nobody is available to sign for the package for three consecutive working days, the courier will leave a notification and a contact number.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION 

Please make sure that the billing and shipping address details are correct when placing your order, as we are unable to redirect.

* We do not ship to P.O. Box address 

We aim to send your order out as quickly as possible but delivery may be extended due to many factors beyond our, and DHL's control such as - countries with limited range of delivery services available, delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions and strict country rules and regulations, such destination customs clearance processes. 

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

According to International delivery rules the order may be a subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination, therefore the amount can not be predicted by ifiova.com and we are not liable over those charges. Customer is responsible for local duties and taxes, please contact your customs office for further information beforehand.
