Returns & Refunds


Item(s) can be returned within 21 days from the delivery of your order. Returns must always be made in the original country where the purchase was made.

    You are welcome to return any item(s) that is not made-to-order or on sale. Please note, we do not cover shipping costs for returned items.

    Before requesting a return please make sure the item(s) comply with the following conditions:

    • The item(s) must be unused and in their original condition with all IFIOVA tags still attached to the garment(s) in the packaging provided                      
    * Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered item(s) cannot be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
      • The return must be requested within 14 days from delivery of the order
      • The parcel must be sealed properly and securely upon return. 


        Please note the made-to-order item(s) is custom made size and we do not accept returns. 


        Items are considered as faulty if not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or damaged. 

        * Please note due to unique features of each fabric and its natural origin (threads are naturally coloured and fabrics are hand-woven), items might have imperfections which is not considered to be a defect. 

        Items which are damaged due to normal wear and tear or invalid washing care, are not considered faulty.  


        The utmost effort has been made to display the authentic colors of our product. However, as computers, tablets and mobile devices screens vary,  we cannot promise that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.


        Once we have approved the integrity of the item(s) we will accept the return and process the refund. Verifying the item(s) is expected to take 3 to 5 business days.

        Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment as soon as the return has been accepted.

        If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency.  

        Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. 

        Exact timing will depend on banking procedures  (the estimated time varies according to the banking institution)

        You will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that in a few days you will receive the corresponding amount in your account.


        Unfortunately 'Exchange' option is not available at Customer can return the item and place a new order.
